The Hyper Homemaker...

and her helpful husband return! This morning we had a fun little breakfast for the girls. I made some little cards with Bible verses on them and set them on each plate. You can see the pictures below.

Mark was in charge of the fruit kabobs which the girls ate right up with a little fruit dip.

Sophie, was also quick to make friends with the girls. Any stranger with food, is a friend to Sophie! The girls were quietly chatting during breakfast and then all of a sudden there were lots of giggles and "Aww, she is so cute." Apparently, Sophie was showing off and "shook" for them all.

This morning as the girls were getting ready, they asked, "When is Chives coming over?" Us old folks don't know what they are talking about but the girls said there is a show called "Joey and ? (someone)" and that their chauffeurs name is "Chives." They now refer to Brad as "Chives." I think it is a lovely name and I hope it sticks! Below you will see a nice picture of Chives and Lindsay. She gets lots of credit for making the breakfast casserole, letting us borrow the table cloth and napkins and helping chop up all the fruit! Thanks for your help!

  1. Sounds like you had a fun weekend with the girls. Your table looked beautiful and how nice you all four worked together. Mark's a pro with the fruit kabobs. I know Mr. "Clive" has more personality than he showed in this photo! LOL
